View Saved Captures
Saved captures can be viewed on DeployGate at any time. From your PC browser, visit https://deploygate.com, log in to your account, and view your saved Captures.
Go to the App Details Page to access the Open Captures.
Selecting a Capture from the Capture List will redirect you to the Capture’s Details Page.
Capture retention period
For Flexible and Enterprise plans, captures can be viewed for 90 days after they are saved. Captures saved before August 13, 2024, are available for 90 days from August 13, 2024.
- When using Free plan, capture data will be retained for 3 days.
Review Replays
Select Replay (Video) from the Capture List to play screen recordings, as seen below.

The Capture Details Page displays account details, device information, app revision, and other information from the account that created the Capture. LogCat is available and can help with investigating errors and debugging.
Display Device Information
With the Capture feature, detailed device information at the time the capture was saved can be collected automatically and shared with developers.
To collect device information, you must use DeployGate SDK v4.9.0 or later and DeployGate Android Client App v1.18.0 or later.
Data Stored as Device Information
The Capture automatically obtains and saves the following data from a device

| Screen DPI | Device screen DPI |
| Screen Width | Device screen width (pixels) |
| Screen Height | Device screen height (pixels) |
How to Display Device Information
Select the applicable Capture and click on Show all device information to view device information obtained during the Capture.
